Irregular Choice interview questions

Job description and role changed within the interview from full time to maternity cover, which was highly unprofessional. Two employees were kind in the introduction segment, later on the 'strategist' took a very aggressive approach and was patronising, rather than asking genuine questions about experience/skills. The company seem very manipulative of staff and ask a lot from a HQ team, whilst paying low salaries.

I handed in my CV in store and she asked to go for the interview the next day and I received a call the next day saying I had the job.
