I had two interviews, meeting 4 people in total across the London and SA team. They clearly hadn’t put any thought into questions or prepared in any way - they seemed to struggle to come up with questions on the spot, and they also struggled to answer the questions I asked. It’s a very bad sign if the person in charge of an agency cannot tell you off the top of their head how many clients they have, and also concerning if they can’t sum up for you what sectors they are focusing on. In my first interview I was told they do ‘a bit of everything’ and in my second I was told with certainty that they are first and foremost a B2B agency. Clearly the London and SA team are not on the same page at all. I was not impressed by the interview process, and I felt that they wasted my time because of their obvious lack of preparation. Despite performing well in the interviews (I quickly got offered a second stage) I was ghosted - another example of unprofessionalism.
