First you fill in two forms. You then meet the interviewer whole will ask some interview questions and do a listening test. After that you meet with management who may ask you to read a script.

it was easy, they just asked basic interview questions that you can get off the internet.
The whole interview process took about 15 minutes. there were two sections of the interview, the first one was the traditional questions and the second was them giving you a recorded call to listen to and type down what you heard from that recording.
