They ask questions telephonically then invite you to an in person interview where you will be interviewed by 2 people. The first person asks general interview questions then the other checks your understanding of the job and personality

The interview was easy. The staff was also nice and Made it easier for me to do my best. It started with a telephone interview , then was called in for a face to face then training.
