Phone Interview then in-person interview, They ask if you have worked in customer service before, if you have handled cash before, and if you know anything about health food. They also asked me if I liked working on a team or by myself and what my future goals were.

First I applied online, than they called me. From there I walked in and they hired me from two people who didn't know what was required of the job and no input from their lead IT. Zero technical questions, they just basically want a feel for you.

Interview
I hitchhiked to the interview. I talked with the Deli Manger on the patio. She was friendly and casual. We got along really well. We talked about my previous deli experience. Then we talked about working in delis as a vegetarian. It felt more like making a new friend then being interviewed for a job. I loved it!
