Processo desnecessariamente longo e falta de feedback, os recrutadores sequer lhe respondem. Além disso, os colaboradores envolvidos na contratação parecem perdidos, não sabem da onde veio o candidato e aparentemente não recebem sequer uma prévia do RH sobre o mesmo.

They do the interview over a SaaS. It's automatized and it's garbage. Maybe in the future they will pay more attention on what's important: the people behind their desks. Be better!
