Interview
I really wanted to be able to leave a positive interview review on here but sadly, I have been left unable to. The process with Iterable started off really well - quick responses, quick scheduling of interviews and what I thought was a quick process. However, things started to unravel when I realised they were actually incredibly indecisive. I was put through to the final stage of the process and they then left me hanging for two weeks while they interviewed other candidates but didn't tell me this. I had to chase up a response when they went cold on me and was then rejected with a generic email rejection template and they were unable to provide any feedback even when I asked. By this stage, we knew each other pretty well and I would have appreciated some honesty.
Please don't put candidates through endless rounds of interviews and make them undertake multiple (I counted 8 in total) video panel interviews for a role that you're ultimately not going to offer them. It's incredibly misleading and candidates will only be left feeling disheartened that they've committed a considerable amount of time (including interviews on a Friday evening to fit in with the time difference) and energy for very little reward. My advice to the hiring team would be to screen your candidates better and get a clearer idea of whether you want them to progress earlier on in the round. There were also far too many people involved in the process - some clearly junior members of staff lacking in interview skills as well. The senior decision makers are left until the very late stages which makes absolutely no sense at all.
One final comment - please don't let your team email candidates with words of encouragement and tell them how well they're doing and then ultimately not offer them the job. It feels a little fake.

Question 1
Unfortunately there were simply too many to list them all but a lot of standard types such as 'Tell me about a time you failed'.
