Ittiam Systems interview questions

It was campus placement, and the guy asked : "How will you compress some data using ML?". I had heard (from seniors) that most companies like classical ML solutions, not deep methods. So I explained SVD and PCA etc. But at last when I said : "We can also use an autoencoder". The guy was impressed !? (It's same as SVD !!)

It was a very random process. They finished the interview in 15 mins for each candidate and I was not able to answer 1 question and they rejected me. And Somehow OA selection was also not clear
