Negative Outlook CEO I worked at Ivanti full-time (Less than a year) Pros None. Avoid this company at all costs. My interview experience was a horror. There were several phases to the process. these includes several interview rounds, reference checks and psychological profiling. References were taken without permission and several with permission and these were extensive. A very clear verbal offer was made and strong expectations were set regarding an impending offer. That offer then mysteriously evaporated without honest feedback. Some weeks later the role was re-advertised despite feedback that the hiring ticket had been canceled. The whole process lacked any honesty and integrity. Do not approach this company. Do not consider employment with Ivanti.
