I applied online. I interviewed at J. Croyle & Associates (Pittsburgh, PA)
Interview
For my internal position, I attended two in-person interviews and met with 3 people. The interview was very conversational and pleasant. We mostly talked about my prior work experience, what I was looking for in a new position, and what the position with JCA would entail.
Prescreen with recruiter then discussion of a specific job if applicable. Even though they might not have a job at the moment, they will actually call if something comes in that will suit you.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at J. Croyle & Associates (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jan 2016
Interview
I had applied for a job that was advertised as a Secretary position, paying $37,000 annually. I was called about the specific position and asked to come in for an interview. Everyone was very professional, however during the interview there was no mention about the position that I had applied for. I was asked where I could relocate, what types of jobs I would be interested in and also personal questions such as my credit score, how many times i've been hospitalized in the past two years and my parents occupations. At the end of the interview I was offered a position an hour and a half away from my home paying $12.00/hr. This company posts misleading job descriptions to try and get you in to recruit you for other positions and lowball you.
