The interview process felt disorganized and lacked engagement from the company representative. During the initial phone interview, very few meaningful questions were asked, and I often felt like I was the one driving the conversation rather than being interviewed. As a result, it was difficult to gain a clear understanding of the role, expectations, or whether the company had a genuine interest in learning about my qualifications.
Following the interview, I received no communication regarding my candidacy. No update, rejection, or follow-up was provided despite the time invested in the process. While not being selected is part of the job search experience, candidates deserve professional communication and closure.
Overall, the experience left the impression that the hiring process lacked both structure and respect for candidates’ time.
