I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at J Hilburn
Interview
Had an initial interview with HR, went great and was scheduled to interview with senior leadership. 3 weeks later I had an interview, also thought it went very well. I sent a thank you email and received a prompt response that included “HR will be in touch”. Crickets for 2 weeks. I send a follow up to HR. Nothing. Another week later I send a follow up email to the senior leader who I last spoke with who previously responded immediately and cc’d HR. Completely ghosted. A total of 2 months of this from initial conversation to me just writing this off as another waste of my time. Very disappointing as I had only heard wonderful things about this company. I most definitely could have accepted this role and taken J. Hilburn’s business to the next level. Please do better and ultimately respect others time. I did yours.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at J Hilburn (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2023
Interview
I submitted an application online and was immediately called for an interview. The application process was easy, didn’t require anything out of the ordinary. The guy I met with for the interview was nice. The company seems to be struggling which is why I ultimately decided not to accept the position.

Someone from within the company will schedule time with you in person or by Skype. They will ask about your experience in retail, fashion, and/or being an entrepreneur. You will be an independent contractor, so you are in charge of your own schedule and also finding your own clients.
