It was very stright forward and to the point. They wanted to know my background and how it could apply to this job. They wanted to get to know me and why I was interested in the role.

Interview
Phone screen with HR. Met with the director and manager or the Allocation team. Very inviting atmosphere and conversational interview. Each interview lasted about 30 mins and they asked general personality and career goal questions and also questions related to the field and why I want to work for their department.
