Seemed pretty disinterested in my skills set after learning a bit more about my work history, which I was very transparent about through my resume and LinkedIn.

Majority is through Skype interviews if you do not live near.
They will fly you out for In person interviews.
The interview varies in length. Usually 30 min to 1 hour.
