I applied in-person. I interviewed at JAZZIZ (Gainesville, FL)
Interview
I started the company with my previous business and personal partner. I did the interviewing for new hires. My focus was mainly on the business side, day to day operations from distribution, circulation, promotional programs for advertisers, sales, events. As well as hiring third party vendors to reduce the overhead and man-power needed to run a very well oiled machine. We expanded into cookbooks with audio CDs, worked with the largest electronic companies in the world as well as fashion icons in the retail world like Macys and Nicole Miller.

Question 1
Publisher, VP of Sales, VP of Distribution, Director of Finance, Developed relationships with the recording industry, national advertising agencies, distributors/news and book stores, radio stations, and created a family of employees who were very proud to be associated and affiliated with our company
It's what I asked the founder of Gatorade. The late Dr. Robert Cade was the individual who provided us seed money to start the company. While the late Bruce Lundvall and Larry Rosen were individuals who saw our dream and vision. Without their support from the beginning along with Ricky Schultz there would not have been a JAZZIZ. Established in 1983.
