I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at JCPenney (Plano, TX) in Apr 2018
Interview
I think the hiring process was a little long from beginning to end, not the actual interviewing, but the time it took from initial application to actual interview. This could allow for the loss of qualified candidates being lost due to other opportunities being found during that period. As for the interviews, communication, and process, I believe they were done very professionally and for the most part were well organized. My case may have been unique in regards to the length of time, but that is the only place I would see room for improvement.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked many scenario questions about "what if this" or" what if that" by more than one of the interviewers. I was also asked Technical questions by one of the interviewers but it was more of a discussion of skillset as opposed to just question 1, question 2, question3.
