The interview process was ridiculous. Not only was the lady interviewing me for the Sephora position on the phone the whole time, she did not make eye contact and even walked out a few times. She told me that the position was still open and had me come in for a second interview and when I did, I was told by the store leader that it was already full? HUH? what a waste of my time.

Easy, got hired in 1 week and was able to start as soon as possible. It was a good process and I liked the people I interviewed with. The culture is off to a positive start.
