Question 1
How are you staying up to date with new technologies.
The HR team or hiring managers will review the applications and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience. If your application meets the requirements, you may receive a phone call from a recruiter for an initial screening. This is a brief conversation to assess your interest in the position, your qualifications, and availability. Be prepared to discuss your relevant skills and experience. If you pass the phone screening, you'll be invited to an in-person interview. This stage may involve one or multiple rounds of interviews, depending on the position you're applying for.
