All very friendly but it was clear what they wanted for a Leader. Very informative and answered all my questions. With my background I could easily answer the behavioral based questions.

Begin with a talent management consultant who was thorough and highly responsive. Processed glided to the DM and RVP to follow. Everyone in the process was informative, kind, and welcoming with tons of knowledge around the business and retail in general. Awesome process!
