Very informal. manager i was supposed to interview with had a family emergency. So the Assistant Store Manager interviewed. He asked like maybe two questions and talked the entire time. He went on for like 30 min. I just stayed very attentive with a smile on my face. They like that.. I spoke to several other people in who were hired around the same time. There interview was the same. Just keep smilling and listen to every word like the best thing you ever heard. Got a call the next day. hired
Easy, got hired in 1 week and was able to start as soon as possible. It was a good process and I liked the people I interviewed with. The culture is off to a positive start.
