Two-step interview process. Could be more or less depending on management availability.
First initial interview (scheduled): The interview is conducted by upper management. At the end of the interview there will be a general tour of the facility.
Second Interview (scheduled): If the interview went well, your second interview will be with the HR and General Manager. Or anyone else they would like you to meet before the final decision is made.

The interview was precise, informative and very quick turnaround in the decision. I was very happy with the recruiter and the knowledge that she provided. The group interview platform was excellent.
