They first sat me down and guaged my availability. Then we spoke about what my strengths were and they asked me how my status as a student could hinder my schedule. They were very nice and very accommodating.
After a phone scheduling, I was quickly called into office to be interviewed by an HR and beauty manager. Took about 2 weeks after application. Typical questions off a paper questionnaire, nothing difficult
