I was painless and through. I enjoyed the process and my questions were asked when I asked them. The process went very well and was very communicted. I don't think the process needs to be changed or there is anything that could make it better.

I participated in 4 separate interviews with different levels of management. I feel that JCPENNEY is thorough in their selection of talent and candidates for the roles that they hire for. Overall was a good experience and all members of management were very friendly.

Interview process went very well and easy. There were 4 interviews. Only complaint would be how slow the process is. It took about three weeks to receive an offer after I applied.
