I was in a group interview with two other people. They made us look at a picture and recreate it out of blocks. We then met individually with the supervisor, where I was immediately offered the job. I came back in a few days later just to meet with the GM and talk about benefits and wages.
Easy, got hired in 1 week and was able to start as soon as possible. It was a good process and I liked the people I interviewed with. The culture is off to a positive start.
