I applied to JCPENNEY online. I recieved a phone call a few days later to schedule an interview. The day of my interview I met with the store assistant manager. He asked me a few questions about my availability...told the the starting salary of the job..offered me the position, and told me to come in for training the next week.
It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Interview
Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
