I got contacted via LinkedIn and had a first round Interview with a recruiter after seeing a job description and setting up an interview time. We had a phone call where we chatted for a bit.

I had 3 rounds, one with hr, two technical with engineering staff. It was not super difficult and I expressed an eagerness to learn about the subjects I did not know much about.
