Applied online with a CV and a motivational letter, they called me on the phone and informed that I have been chosen for a written test - it consisted of several study questions regarding the job description. There was also a personality test, but no iq test. Afterwards they called me for face to face interview on which we discussed salary and job responsabilities.

The interview was ok and successful it was an awesome. Some of the interview are answerable and it was good.
