Interview
The process begins with online numerical and verbal reasoning tests and if successful this is followed by an assessment centre. The assessment centre consists of a technical presentation, a strengths based interview and a group task.

Give an example of a situation where you have challenged a process
First part is 40 min behavioral interview with a graduate who joined the company 2 or 3 years ago (no preparation). Second part is a 40 min technical interview with a technical lead (the assessment brief will be sent before this session and you have 30 min to prepare)
