Pretty standard - CV, then tests and an assessment centre. Took about 7 months from initial application to assessment centre. After the assessment centre, I heard nothing for 8 weeks - upon emailing, I was sent a stock email that had obviously been a failed mail merge - the changing fonts and lack of name was disappointing. Especially as I had been promised a phone call with the results and feedback.
