Interview
First was a group exercise - there was no right or wrong answer. Just seeing how you react to each other.
2nd was re-test of online assessments. Slightly more difficult than online ones. Takes about 1 hour.
3rd was interview. Standard strengths and weaknesses questions.

What are your biggest past achievements and how can they influence your strategic decision making skills at JLR?
It's an intern position interview, so it's quite easy. Only 1 round online for about 20 minutes. The interview questions mainly revolve around motivation and related experiences concerning the position.
