The first interview was upon employee referral. The first meeting with the leaving HR director was off site over tea. The questions were about knowledge of Slovak labor market and HR agenda in automotive industry. Then personality and intelligence tests followed. 2. Then manufacturing HR director met me and discussed my career vision and ask for some explanation from the tests. 3. Manufacturing site director asked my previous experience from similar job + some specific questions on recruitment and trade union relations 4. The board member asked me how I would address one of their manufacturing site challenge in recruitment. 5. The CEO asked me some specific questions on my experience with the costs management and costs savings.
