There are multiple stages. First you apply. If successful then you will be invited to sit online assessments. If successful, you will then be called to the virtual assessment centre ~ Presentation + Interview. If successful, you will be offered the place.

Had the first interview, everything went well, they said they would contact me for the second phase but never did. I contacted them, they again said they would inform me. They again did not reach out to me and when I contacted them for the second time they never responded to my message.

For your assessment, you will have the same link for all exercises, an assessor will join the presentation, and then after the 15-minute planned break, a different assessor will join you for the Motivational and Behavioural Interview.

Interview
They done normal assessment centre, then had a presentation about the company about their lastest programme. They asked me questions like: why this position? What skills do you have that will benefit this role? What about the company do you know? Explain some processes in manufacturing?
