Applied online, then got invitation to do the tests, after that I was invited to the formal interview which included group exercise: analyse the problem together and get a firm solution, personal one to one interview focusing on personality and motivation, and then in-tray exercises. The overall experience is great, but the competition is big and the company is looking for very good management skills, not technical.
