Interview
I applied online. I had to submit my CV and after I was given a Situational Judgemental Test , then the tests on verbal, reasoning and math. This is where standard skills have to be proven for any job at Jaguar Land Rover. This is the first filter to pass, and I didn't pass to the next stage so I can't give any information on what happens next.

Interview
I applied online. Then I've got a call from HR to quickly discuss my CV. Next stage was a bespoke JLR Situational Judgement Test which was really difficult. The thirdparty company is performing these tests for JLR and they provide you with a report evaluating your performance in a test which is quite helpful.
