No interview process as such, it's all first come first serve. It's a small office, not much place to sit and is shabby. HR who took the 1st round can't speak proper English. Next round is with CEO, who seems to be arrogant, short-tempered, micro manager. He gets too personal by asking interview questions like if marriage is love or arranged !! Employees are scared of the CEO, that's why there is huge attrition and they keep having drives for Recruiter, even on Sundays.
Overall a bad working environment, please avoid getting interviewed here and wasting your time and energy.
