Total waste of time. It was a fashion show for hiring front of house with a few cooks interviews in between. No conversation about food knowledge or skills development. Just about how flash the team was with there gelled hair doos
Interview was easy going and super informative. Managers are open and understanding. Job was well described and training was amazing. Top quality training system for incoming workers by highly experienced chefs.
An online interview and an in person interview. The first is a one-way video interview. I heard back in about two hours and was asked to come for a physical one
Took like 4 interviews until I actually got put into the kitchen, two online interviews and two in person, a lot of initiating stuff that was unnecessary. Extremely easy, just asking about your past experiences and what you are expecting in the job.
