Interview
I applied online, then was asked to complete a writing test, then interviewed once over skype with a policy associate and policy manager, then was asked to interview in Boston. This interview was 4 separate interviews with various JPAL Global associates. There were three normal interviews and a technical interview.

Interview
After the initial phone interview, written assessment, in-person interview at the company office was divided into five segments. Interviews were between half an hour and an hour. I was shortlisted for an offer but contacted two weeks later to be considered for a different position. I had an extra interview and then after two weeks, I contacted them to ask about their decision. I was finally called by an employee to tell me they were not going to give me an offer because I had misspelled the executive directors name in an email.
