Interview
I got offered a 30-minute in-person interview. The 2 interviewers were very polite and asked mostly questions to get to know me. It didn't seem like there were specific questions to ask but rather follow up questions to every reply I had. One person spoke English and one person spoke Japanese. They took turns one after another. They asked which job was my favourite and why. We ended up talking for 45 minutes and they walked me out to the door.

Interview
Do expect lot of technical questions on financial concepts, questions on Regulatory Reporting templates could be extensive. It was not very long, relatively a shorter interview than expected. Candidates with extremely relevant background seemed to be preferred.
