The interview process is straightforward and consists of two main stages: it begins with an initial phone screening from a recruiter to verify your background and logistics, followed by a second-round in-person interview with the branch manager at the specific location. The questions are primarily standard behavioral prompts focusing on how you’ve handled past work scenarios, so preparing specific examples using the STAR method is key.
I interviewed at JPMorganChase (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Interview process had me meet the hiring manager first round over zoom. invited to meet the team after then prompted ghosted with no feedback given expect a customized rejection email.
Odd, recruiter was nice, offered less money than the posted salary came back with a better offer but I didn’t take the job due to so may inconsistency in the interview
Pretty straight forward, phone screening to begin the process. Asked about 3-4 questions, such as my interest in the company and the role. Asked about my previous experience and how it aligned with the job which was easy because they just want customer service experience which almost everyone has. Received an email a few days later saying I’ve moved on to the final round interview with hiring managers. I interviewed with 3 of them. They also asked my interest in the company and the role. And a few tell me about a time questions. Then the interview got very relaxed and they just wanted to get to know me. Just be yourself at this stage.
