Got a call from recruiter about 2 months after applying through campus career site. Had two phone interviews and heard back a month later with an offer. Asked if I owned a coffee shop what the assets, liabilities, expenses, and equity would be, and also how I would handle competition in the area. Asked about team situations and when there was a problem with a team member. Asked who my role model was- obviously replied with the CEO Jamie Dimon... Also had to read their 300 page annual report before the interview

Hirevue part was the only stressful part for me, as I didn't do any such things before. You get couple of behavioral questions like, why me? did you take leadership in any projects, if yes what did you achieve etc. And I got 1 technical question
Primero te hacen grabar un video en ingles hablando, tenes que contestar unas preguntas. Despues tenes entrevista con rrhh, y luego con personas del area relacionada al puesto. Buena experiencia, y profesionales.
