I have applied on LinkedIn when the position is freshly opened and later, I got a call from recruiter for the introduction call. Later, he sent one code test, because of lack of experience, he wanted to test my skills. Before completing this test, he sent my profile to diff. managers and finally scheduled a phone interview for one team. After the phone, I have finished the test which is in pending and also, I took the next two rounds of bluejeans technical video conference interview(with VP's and finally a Director).
