I applied online and receive a call from a recruiter about two weeks later to schedule an interview. When I arrived for my interview I was instructed to have security contact a specific person. Security spent about 15 minutes trying to contact this person and when he finally did, this person had no idea who I was. Eventually security decided to contact one of the people listed as an interviewer and thankfully they were aware of me. Anyway, after that the interview was pretty typical with questions about my experience, strengths etc. I was supposed to meet with two individuals back to back, but apparently the associate had already made up his mind. He left the room for about 10 minutes and then told me the other person wasn't available to interview me and that they would bring me in for a 2nd interview if it was needed. Really? I guess that line might work on someone who wasn't aware of the interview process at this location, but please don't insult my intelligence. I thanked him for his time and left.
