First round interview on campus. Two 30-minute session, each with different interviewer. First half: more technical, asking how to approach marketing given standard ROMI and how to adjust strategy as ROMI fluctuates. Second half: more casual, behavioral interview. Simple questions to see interviewee's personality.
Second round at Chase HQ in Columbus. Four 1-hour interviews. No real structure, each interviewer conducted mix of technical (position requires programming knowledge) and behavioral.
