I applied on the company website. Within about 1 week, I got an email to schedule an online interview with 3 team members. They were supposed to be separate 30min blocks, but instead it was a combined 3-on-1 interview. It was informal, non-technical. Within 1 more week, I received an offer letter and accepted.

They set up a video interview, but the interviewer did not show up for the interview and he did not reschedule or cancel beforehand. Almost a month later, the recruiter responded back saying that they are not conducting any other interviews.
