Interview
Assistant branch manager asked several questions about precious work experience asked about job flexibility what I see myself doing in the future and what my plans are with working at this company she went over the fact that we get incentives for referrals and asked if I had any experience in doing referrals in the past
The interviewer asks a bunch of situational questions that try to test your critical thinking skills, but it's a challenge especially if you don't have much on the job experience.

Tell me about a time when... you had a difficult customer service experience
Straightforward. Calm. Very congenial. Nice people smart and honest. Would definitely consider working here given the caliber of talent. Quantitative questions werent too difficult. Just some math like addition subtraction multiplication division and quadratic equations.

Interview
It was over the phone. They have you chose a time to set your interview and then you wait for your scheduled time and they will call you. It's a pretty quick interview lasted maybe 20 minutes.
