They take 4-5 months to evaluate a candidate, then hire close netted known person and reject other candidates without giving them proper response as to reason for non selection ! Sad to hear that just for earning benefits of referral selection , employees engage in such activities of employee! At least give valid reason for non selection Just on basis of 2 questions one can know potential of a candidate.
