I applied as an employee looking for advancement. I applied online and did not receive any notice of interview for a week and a half. After I was selected for an interview, I was given 1 days notice to plan for the interview. I went to the interview with little knowledge of the position as an overview was not provided. The interviewer ignored most of what I said didn't take notes and stared at the ceiling throughout the interview.

Prepare for the interview. It will not be easy. Usually 2 rounds but it's okay.
Once you have cleared the interview the onboarding process is smooth. No time wasted between application and interview set up if you are a worthy candidate.

How to Calculate the performance returns of a portfolio.
Easy, some mock questions. Need to just show management skills. Be confident, and be good with excel, power point and word. A minimum 3-4 years of experience will be good.
