Interview
I would say it was unpleasant because the woman was not very friendly. I was interviewing for a Leadership conference that she knew nothing about. She asked me some tough questions that I was expecting. If you interview with them, be sure to know as much as possible about the specific business service you want to go into! They will grill you on it.

Biggest risk I've taken? Talk about a class that you struggled with? Talk about a time when you had a lot of deadlines and things didn't go as planned? What strengths will you bring to J.P. Morgan? What are your weaknesses? What would you like to improve upon within yourself? What is the riskiest type of investment? If I gave you 1 million dollars, what would you invest it in? What strategy would you advise a client on?

Interview
I applied to their 1-day leadership program and interviewed for an internship at the end of the program. The interview for the program was an on-demand digital interview with 3 easy questions and the interview for the internship was two 30 minute in-person interviews.

Interview
First started with a phone interview, select group of students including myself were invited to a all expenses paid super day in NYC. We had the opportunity to network with other students as well as JP Morgan employees, followed by three interviews for the summer internship. I am still currently waiting for their decision.

The interviews were actually great. The interviewers were not there to drill us, they wanted to know more about us. No technical questions, they just wanted to see our passion for banking as well as our communication skills.
