      Interview

"Let me walk you through the typical interview process so you know what to expect and how to prepare." Resume/Application Screening First, your resume will be reviewed, either by a recruiter or an automated system. Make sure it’s clean, tailored to the job, and highlights your relevant experience and skills. Initial HR/Recruiter Call If your resume passes, you’ll likely get a short call from HR. They’ll ask about your background, interest in the role, and sometimes about salary expectations. Be professional and make sure you know your own resume inside-out. Technical or Aptitude Test (if applicable) For technical or analytical roles, you might get a coding test or a logical reasoning test. Practice on platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, or others depending on the role. First-Round Interviews These are usually with someone from the team or a manager. Expect questions on your past work, how you solve problems, and technical skills. Be ready to explain your thinking clearly. Final Interviews / Onsite Rounds This might include multiple rounds: technical deep-dives, behavioral interviews (how you handle situations), and cultural fit. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers. Offer Discussion If you clear all rounds, HR will contact you to discuss the offer. This includes salary, benefits, start date, etc.
