Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me a situation wherein you experienced conflict at school and how did you handle it?
I only managed to get to the initial interview. Took only a couple of minutes since I already answered the virtual job training. Was asked basic questions such as tell me about yourself, educational background, why this role. Then some mandatory questions like are you able to work onsite everyday and schedules. Interviewer was really nice and a pleasant experience overall.
The interview process is fast and easy. The first interview was over the phone and we spoke with a recruiter. The second interview was with a manager over Zoom afterwards we entered into training.
The initial interview took about 5-10 minutes. But the recruiter was first there to handle our interview. After that, you'll be interviewed by an HR interviewer as for my experience.
